I am stealing Stephanie’s idea of doing this couch to 5 K thing. I would feel like a tool reading in 9 weeks how the excellent Stephanie just ran 3.2 miles while I sat on the couch.
It also helps that I make this quest public as now I am way less likely to fail at it.
Guess I am a peer pressure kind of dude. The picture above is the particular schedule I will be following. I completed day two along with the athletic dog Vincent this morning.
