Greek Yogurt Parfait

3/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Kashi Cinnamon Crumble cereal
2 strawberries (any fruit of choice would be great, frozen or fresh)

Dice strawberries up pop into bowl or glass, add yogurt and top with Kashi Cinnamon Crumble. (Tastes like grown-up Cinnamon Toast Crunch, even my kids love it!)

Grab a spoon and eat it up YUMMY!

178 calories, 25 carbs, 1 fat, 17 protein and 4 fiber.

LOL I know everyone knows how to make a parfait but, this looked too delicious not to share after I got it together šŸ™‚
